How many missions it takes to get to the next super power rank?

Wondering if anyone has worked out how many missions need to be done for each super power rank to get to the next one?

I heard it increases the further up you go, but are there any figures to go with this.

It's difficult to quantify, because different missions and actions have different effects. But it takes a LOT of work to rank up. Here's how I did it for the Federation. I've also done the Empire but I didn't document it as well. Same method, different systems.
