None, but there is a small chance of a Human/Guardian hybrid ship from Ram Tah.
Check out the artwork book, i find that a good guide for what is coming. I was pretty certain the mamaba was coming long in advance of FD announcing it because of that.
The next most likely one is probably the Gecko based on the images if i'm interpreting the shape right.
What I really want though, because we have plenty of ships, is a new type of SRV or a couple.
I'm thinking a light SRV, like a bike or something, with zero cargo space, just for travel and collecting materials, and a slow heavy SRV (perhaps taking 2 bays) which can pack more cargo, good for going to those stashes of cargo and retriving stuff in a single haul.

I was thinking to myself the other day that Frontier could give us a BIGGER SRV (a truck for cargo pickup, a tank for settlement assault, etc) by making the fighter bay dual-purpose. Size 5 bays would force us to chose between and fighter and large SRV, whereas size six would let us have both a fighter and large SRV. I know, brilliant, right?

As much as I'd love to see new ships, I don't see them putting any in if all they're doing is updates smaller than the 3.1 and 3.2 ones.
The Empire needs there own build of the Phantom for medium pad but built by Gutamaya and not the dull rectangle builds of independants and again default colour is white paint... but it will not release this year it will be just the new CGs which the Cutter and Clipper will again be to big to land at the Out posts...So will force the phantoms use as the rest are to big...

Phantom is the wrong ship for the empire we need a gunship, medium pad and hard hitting and robust. A phallus on discord once said that "Imperial ships are made of wet paper" and they were almost right, I always think of them as white porcelain vases. What we need is something in the realm of a fer de lance / federal gunship / krait mkII, not a phantom clone. A phantom clone would be like a shrunken clipper, and outclassed by a python so what would the point be?
IMHO a really good imperial medium ship would have one huge, two large and two medium hard points, 6x utility slots, SLF ability, tanky hull, decent base shield modifier, limited internal slots great Yaw Pitch and Roll. Then it could be balanced by countering the Y/P/R with making it drift slightly, (essentially clipper flight mdoel) but made of sterner stuff so it'd have attorcios FSD range, expensive hull repairs, and being slightly power starved, not as bad as a vulture, but not as abundant with power as a python.
New Marks for the existing ships. New ships, not so much.
Change weapon class/placement for some, a bit more speed, better jump range, for example.
Reward King/Admiral rank with some Cutter/Corvette mods.
Gradual improvement/development has always happened, but ED seems to pay little attention to that fact.
Stamp out the game's malaise.

I might have missed something but did Fdev give any indication that they'll release any new ships this year or before the big shebang in 2020?
Nah, there's been no information whether new ships are coming before New Era or not

not really fussed about new ships tbh unless we get a new class introduced like a bomber, frigate or capital.
