I have the answer for you. From starting at 0 cr and in a sidewinder AND you find a 2000k trade route. (they are out there)
We upgrade to the ship that has the best MAX cargo available.
Ship Cost of Ship Max Cargo Profit per trade run # of Trade runs Require
So in total you would have to run 267 Trade run to purchase the Anaconda. (note each trade run is a $2000 profit run, that is a there and back profit average, say 1600 to station a and 400 to station b)
Lets say each trade run takes 10 mins... I have found them you can too. that is 2670 mins which is 44.5 hours. In 45 hours you can have an Anaconda from just trading alone.
Notes: We skip the viper because the cargo space is reduced and thus hinders the faster trade ship upgrade route. Also, every ship is sold for purchase price. (I know you lose 10% and also I took in no account for updating FSD equipment nor did I allot for cargo purchasing credits. I just wanted to get a rough estimate of the time involved in speed trading to an anaconda.)
Also of course you will need to upgrade the sidewinder to 10 cargo space by doing trades at 4 cargo space until you can purchase cargo upgrades.
Yes, you will need extra credits to purchase cargo each time you upgrade. I don't have time right now to include such calculations but maybe in the future I will.
I personally skipped the Adder and just staying in the Hauler until the cobra. I am in my Type 6 currently and will be going to the asp next. (Also I kept my Cobra so I don't have to trade all the time. A little bounty hunting helps to mix it up. I will sell the cobra once I get the ASP)
For now 267 runs for 44.5 hours to get an Anaconda. Happy trading.
