How much an upgrade does a 970 represent over a 960? Elite specific.

I'm looking at all options, and am wondering how much a difference there is between a 960 rig & a 970 rig for Elite.

Is it worth the upgrade?

I notice the 960 behind the link is a 2GB card.

I should have pointed out in my OP, that my 960 is a 4GB model.

With this in mind, how should I look at things?

29th Amd will be releasing Radeon RX 480 which should have results like 980 and be in 200$ bracket. I would advise to wait a month, also as mentioned before 1070 looks promissing as well but will cost more.

If your monitor is 60hz 1080p, id say the upgrade just for ED is not worth it.
