How much do i need to buy a type-9?

I'm approaching the money needed for a type-9 so the obvious question comes up ; how much do i need on top it's initial price?
I'm fine starting out with the defualt cargo as i can quickly upgrade it.
However i need a 13.5 laden (at 400t) jump range and a good enough power plant so it does not overheat.
Of course i also want enough for the insurance, and cash to fill my hold.

Can some veterans guide me?

My Type-9 has an A6 FSD with D's the rest, 3 gimballed beam lasers on the medium hardpoints and missile racks on the small with 532 cargo. Laden I get 12.66 LY, unladen 18.27 LY and it cost me approx 100 million with 3.8 million for insurance and 8 million for a full cargo purchase. So all told you're looking at approx 112 million but you do want at least two insurance payments in escrow so I'd aim for 120 million.
