How much do you think the 1.3 ships will cost?

What are our predictions from what we know?

I expect the Core Dynamics Corvette will be Anaconda size, with Anaconda size costs as well (maybe even more). I'm probably not going to buy one though.

I'm pretty set on getting a Gutamaya Courier. Will it come under the cost of a Clipper, which is logical considering the size and historical precedent (the Clipper is the new Imperial Trader)?

The Diamondback - no clue! What does this ship do, and how big does it look?

About the Corvette's price, I think it'll be a bit cheaper than the Anaconda. Just like the Viper being cheaper than the Cobra, the Vulture being cheaper than the Asp and the FDL being cheaper than the Python.
Or maybe I'm totally wrong :D
But is the Corvette confirmed for 1.3 though ? We didn't get any news on it since its concept art.

Based on size alone (and that just a guess) I would think the Courier will be 5 or 6 million - in the same range as the Asp and Vulture

Well, the Federal Corvette is going to require a certain rank within the Federation and I can imagine it being cheaper than the Anaconda for that reason perhaps....

But, I'm sure it hasn't been confirmed for 1.3?

Interesting point. I wonder if rank will be an issue for the Courier?

Corvette will be well north of 100m, maybe a bit cheaper than the Anaconda

Diamondback - who knows, have the devs leaked any details like they did with the Vulture? We knew pretty much all about the vulture well before 1.2

Courier - somewhere between Asp and Clipper, I'm sticking my neck out and going with 12m

We probably won't know for a while about cost. We'll have to go through Beta for powerplay yet. I'm eager to find out weapon type/placement on the Courier and especially it's speed. I hope it's going to be the fastest ship so far. It's worth 10 million credits just for the way it looks. :D

I'm thinking the Courier will be cheaper than the Clipper as it is smaller and likely won't have access to larger modules. The Corvette will probably be between the Python and Anaconda in price as it seems larger than the Dropship. The other ship who's name I can't remember will probably be around the same price as the Clipper based on size.

I'm going with 300M for the Corvette. If it's really the largest player ship in the game it should have the biggest price tag too.

I am hoping there will be some ships around the 500 credit mark as we are getting far too many expensive ones. I am sure the majority of players still own smaller ships. Certainly it will take me a few months to get rid of my Cobra.

Diamondback seems to be smallish, so maybe less than 1 million. The corvette is the biggest player controllable *federation* ship, it will still probably be smaller than the anaconda... maybe i am wrong. It looks way larger than the FDL though, so it will prolly be a lot more expensive. Really hard to say. My guess is 200 million.
For the courier we don't even know what kind of ship it is. All purpose? Explorer? Passenger?
But it does seem to be medium size, so a price range from 300k (cobra) to 5 million (asp) seems reasonable.

I expect corvette to be expensive, 200 million or thereabouts. Mainly because the game is going to need more credit sinks.

On the other hand i can imagine the furore if they introduce a combat focused ship at that price point. Meh, maybe not.

I am assuming that corvette will be a weaker trader than a T9/Anaconda.

As i type this i realise i really have no idea and i am throwing darts blindfolded. But i guess that applies to all of us.
