You can only say "I only care about fun" for so long before it starts to get to you that your still flying a cobra whilst your trader buddies are in pythons.

I don't want or care about money per hour, I want to enjoy the game and have fun. It seems like a lot of people frustrated about incomes should simply switch to a more gameplay-oriented approach. More fun less worries

So? I purposefully downgraded my ship: I can almost afford a Python and I fly a Courier or Vulture depending on the mood. Result: funniest time ever on this game. I don't have to worry about credits, I don't have to grind because I want the best ship available just for the sake of it and so on.
When I see all the people worrying about their Conda in PvP because it costs so much to repair/rebuy, I am seriously questioning the usefulness of a top tier ship when you just want to have fun. Same goes with traders winning about losing a T9 full of cargo.
This game should be about fun, not efficiency or productivity.
