Thats Brazil for you, they don't mess around when if comes to gun threats. You pull a gun and they see you do it, they'll just shoot you dead. I saw a video of a gun fight between police and two teenage gang members in Rio de Janeiro. One of the teens was shot dead in the first part of the exchange, the second shot in the leg and attempted to give up. One of the cops kicked his gun away then dragged him around the back of a car and shot him dead. As I say, they don't mess around over there, period.

This sort of content isn't really appropriate for these forums. Not everyone would be happy to watch a video of someone getting shot- whether they're committing a criminal offense or not.
