Newcomer / Intro How or where to buy a srv?

Hello everyone,

I have a srv that came with the the sidewinder. I now want to buy another but can't find one .Am I missing something or what. Please go easy

If you still have the planetary vehicle hangar then go to Advanced Maintenance then Restock and buy one.

If you don't still have the hangar - go to Outfitting, buy a hangar and buy a SRV there after doing so.

Not heard of any ship coming with the hanger . Not naysaying, just curious as to how this occurred.

I think that what you start with if you choose the Horizons starting option.

Hmm. I never had that option...

As metatheurgist says - if you start in the surface base at Asellus Primus, that sidewinder comes with a hangar and SRV already fitted.

I see. Iirc, I bought the vanilla ED and Horizons later so that's probably why.

Yeah, the Horizons starting point was (obviously) only added much later on, so unless you've reset your save (I never have) then you wouldn't have seen it.
