How the fiddle do I raise a support ticket?

Colour me stupid but there doesn't appear to be any way of submitting a support ticket on the Frontier Support page - what dark art or future world magic am I missing?

I'm trying to find out if there's any way of selling >300 pages of data to Universal Cartographics that can be completed in under 2 years of game time :)

Don't count on any changes in this area. You just need to go and sell your data. Or use Suicidewinder to clear it out. ;)

BTW, 300 pages? It must have been a really long trip!

Submitted as Gameplay issue as sitting in UC selling page by page is stopping me actually playing the game :)

The time it will take to process that many records will only take slightly less than you clicking page by page and has the bonus feature of locking up the explo server and cascading issues down the line for everyone else. (y)

What you want was the way it used to work, guess why it changed? ;)

LOL; ~200 pages down, 113 to go.....
Got some strange messages about Elite 1 - 5 - must be some new-fangled ranking, I guess >3 billion credits in UC data ticks the box :)

All data collected on a good long trip to visit WR and hit a sector or two for the Glorious HIPs project. Decided to visit civilization to repair power plant and sell data before heading back out to visit more WRs....

You could spread the data around to top your rep with key-factions or engineers.

I have felt the pain myself...I completely understand!

Frontier Support confirm issues selling large volumes of data and advised to sell individually which I've now doen...

All done and dusted - nice chunk of change earned from my travels....

Now heading back out for another few months to visit WR systems so will see if the same problems exist on my next return...
