You dont..
Log files were accessible before the legacy and live split in November 2022...
After that the API address for the NEW cloned legacy server was made different and northing was done about it...

The existing websites just allowed access to LIVE logs via the live API to continue and dropped legacy completely ...

The information I have is that the legacy data is available, similar to the live data. I just need someone from Fdev to confirm this.

Then you need to contact support via ticket/email as Like the legacy servers there use of non PC section is dead...
So if your going to build a legacy API access app from zero your self youll need them to confirm the Legacy URL did not change again...
