is there another way to add a blueprint to steam without being in the game because if I want to add a blueprint to steam it only takes 1 screenshot. I always see more than 1 when looking for things to download.

thanks

Yes, you have to go to your workshop in Steam, then u can edit it and add more pictures or even videos if you want.

Steam has recently improved the ability to upload screenshots by now remembering the folder you uploaded the last pic from, when before it didn't. So now uploading multiple pics from outside the game is rather easier than it was a month or 2 ago. The way I do it is as follows:

1. In the game, create the blueprint, which takes the 1st pic.

2. In the game, take all the other pics you want.

3. In the game, open My Blueprints and upload the blueprint with its 1 pic.

4. Quit the game. The Steam screenshot uploader will appear.

5. Hit the SHOW ON DISK button. This goes to the weirdly named and hard to find folder where screenshots are stored. (Make a desktop shortcut to this folder so you can find it again easily later).

6. Edit the screenshots as desired and save them to somewhere in My Pictures, so you can find them easily to upload later.

7. In Steam, go to your Username \ Content \ Workshop items page, and click on the blueprint you want to add pics to.

8. Over on the right edge of the screen, click on the Add / Edit Videos and Images.

9. In the Choose File box, go to the folder where you saved the edited screenshots and pick the 1st image. You have to upload them 1 at a time.

10. Click the UPLOAD button.

11. Repeat steps 9 and 10 until all screenshots are uploaded.

12. As you upload pics, they will appear as thumbnails at the bottom of the Workshop screen in the order you uploaded them. This is the order they will cycle through when viewing the Workshop item. To change the order, just drag the thumbnails into a different order.

Adding videos is very similar.

1. Record your video, edit as desired, and save somewhere in My Videos.

2. Do steps 7-11 above, only select the video(s) you want. Videos go in the thumbnail list before still images, and in the default order uploaded.

My problem is to take the pics in the game. When it's loading, it says using WIN+ G will take screenshots....
When i do it, a box appears, then i click to take a pic, it says i don't have required stuff to be able to ... ??? What the?

I wouldn't bother using Win + G. Steam's own screenshot tool should suffice (use F12 when in-game) alongside Bullethead's instructions.
