Newcomer / Intro How to and what does it means

can any commander explain to me, please

I have FSD interdictor , how and when can I use it?

what does it mean with:

new Astronomical object found?
contract update.
factor of 18 (this happend when I am going to jump) it takes a few seconds and then I can jump

and the last one about jump range in Wing

let say I have a ship which I can jump 20 yl and my friend has a ship with a jump range 15
so when a ship with a jamp range 20 yl jumps, can hij also take the other ship which less jump range to 20 yl as well?

The best answer I can give is to go to youtube and watch the How to play, get started videos by a guy called Adoredtv.
I watched them all while waiting to get my pc upgraded and then getting ED, taught me a wealth of information.

FSD interdictor - use it in Supercruise whne you are behind another ship. I believe the range depends on your speed. Put it in a fire group, approach the ship and press the fire button you assigned. When you're close enough it will initiate the mini-game of pulling the ship out of frameshift.

New astronomical object - means your ship has detected something - usually the nearest star, but could be planets if you scanned.

Factor of 18 - usually means there is a big ship near you and its mass is stopping your frameshift from charging as quickly as usual. Boost away from the ship and it'll let you jump.

A wing member can't jump further than their normal range.

Like bacon said. You obviously didn't play tutorial missions or watch how to videos on youtube. That's the best start.

FSD interdictor is used when you spot a wanted NPC/CMDR in supercruise to pull him out.
"New astronomical object" happens when you stumble upon a star or a planet you don't have in your star maps. Than you scan it and sell the data to a space station/port.
Contract update, like the name suggest is when your current contract that you took, get's updated. Usually it happens when an NPC tells you where to find another wanted NPC.
Factor of 18 (or 16, or 21, or any other number) is the gravital pull you get from a nearby object with huge mass. It basically interrupts your jump to super/hyper cruise.

and that last bit, the answer is no.
