How to become allied with anarchy faction?

As the title says, there is a system that is in anarchy, and the controlling faction is in retreat. How do i become cordial with that faction? They dont give out any missions except smuggling, but i cant access them. Will trading commodities work as they are in charge of the markets? How does this work?

Trading is defintely one way to increase rep with them.

Do their missions, kill every other faction's ships, and trade if they have a station. If they don't have a station and aren't yet giving missions to you, violence is the answer.
