I've just unlocked the Corrosion Resistant Cargo Rack from a tech broker but even after this I can't find the item in the outfitting menu. I've tried going to several stations where human tech brokers are available but none of them sell the corrosion resistant variant. If I understand correctly I should be looking for the 4E version (16t) but everywhere I go they just sell the standard version. Am I doing something wrong or is there nothing to indicate that a given cargo rack is indeed corrosion resistant? It cost a lot of materials and commodities to unlock so I would hate not being able to actually outfit this to my ship. Thanks for any help in advance, Commanders.
How to buy Corrosion Resistant cargo racks?
Once unlocked you can buy them at any station that sells the 4E cargo rack... Just look for the corrosive variant... I.e Jameson sells them which is where i can get them from... Or the station you did the unlocking in sells them.
Unless, of course, its broke since an update happened....

Thanks Commanders. It seems there's only the 4E version is available. There are other stations selling it besides Palin but not all of them. I found a video that shows Jahn Dock in the Momoirent system, it thankfully sells the module which is clearly labelled as Corrosion Resistant Cargo Rack. It's just confusing because you can't buy them where you unlock them. Eddb was not of use in this matter unfortunately.
I unlocked them in a system not that far from Shinrarta and once I unlocked them they were available in the station outfitting, I bought some (well a few). Once I got back to Jameson I was going to transfer them there but noticed they were available to buy in that station, so I sold them and will now buy them when (if) I need them.

Oh! Careful what you wish for... they may do just that in future... but the downside will be you'll need 20x the materials... after all FDev do love a grind.
Could you imagine...you'd have to first buy a T10 to transport all the crap it requires just to buy the bigger cargo rack to then put on your Asp
Just unlocked them ... no where to be found. Tried 6 human teck broker stations, but no luck. Are they bug ?
You probably have to relog. Had the same happen with guardian stuff I unlocked.

Because going here: https://inara.cz/galaxy-outfitting/ and selecting 'Optional Internal' then clicking on 'Corrosion Resistant Cargo Rack' displays some more info... clicking the '4D [Tech broker unlock]' takes you to the page which details the bits you need to unlock the item. But no information on where to buy them and at what cost. And the 4D should be 4E as there is, as far as I know, no 4D variant...
Unless, of course, there's another secret Inara site

Inara does not list experimental module selling stations... Its just expected that every Tech broker will supply out fitting with the same parts they unlock...
Inara does allow you to search for Tech brokers via Type... human or guardian... but Corrosion Resistant Cargo Rack 4E wont work as a search term for module sellers...
