I keep trying to build a mining installation (Phorcys type) under body A1. The server pauses processing my request for about a full minute, then pops in one of these standard dock/ outpost type construction sites. I understood "installations (usually designated by an "X" type of icon, as seen below)" to be different from the typical, landable dock/ outpost. Installations are usually defense targets and not places to land/ trade.
How to cancel duplication construction sites?
