Not sure on the first one but am (un)happy to say we can't interdict.....yet.

Select a player and then Press 2 to bring up the comm menu.

Real interdictions aren't implemented in the current build. All we have so far is the placeholder NPC ones.

Is that how you answer a call too? And what is that bound to, the comm list or quick comm? Quick comm would make more sense, but I haven't gotten one yet.

Bind it in OPTIONS - choose 2 options, full and quick and u are there.
