Newcomer / Intro How to complete a mission?

Hi,I've done a mission of carrying some aluminum to a station. However when i get there I cant seem to complete it or 'drop it off'
I've tried commodities market and its not there. I went into my cargo (Via UI) and was told to abandon mission which I did but was not credited and the aluminum is still in the cargo hold?
Any ideas?

finishing the mission is done the exact same way you accept the mission. go into the ports facility's screen then go to the tab where you accept missions and at the top you will see yours. click on it and complete

As you abandoned the mission the Cargo will be in your hold and classed as stolen now, you will need to sell it on Black Market (under Contacts on Station screen) if it has one, or dump them in space away from Station if you need the room.

If you get scanned with them on board you will get fined.

On arrival use the Station Services menu, and then the Bulletin Board. Complete missions should be top of the list, so click on it, and click "deliver cargo", and receive the credit.
