How to complete Sunshine Happiness silver objective (crimes)?

Hi there!
Has anyone managed to complete the silver objectives for the Sunshine Happiness (career zoo)?
I am just not able to lower the crime rates down to 8 so I can complete the objective, my best result were 16 which is not enough...

The one security guard is 5-star trained, I've put the "Security room bonus" on all my staff resting rooms, and literally every inch of my zoo is packed full of security cams. But all this is still not enough, apparently...

What else can be done to reduce the crimes? How is ist possible to complete the objective?

Don't know if you've completed it already, but I found your post before I found my solution, so I figured it would be best to post an answer here for future people

My solution was to close the zoo, let the caretakers do all the cleanup (preferably have them at 5 stars), go around your zoo replacing every vandalised item and make your zoo wham bam spiffy
Now a month before (or less, but i think the zoo needs to be open for the reporter to enter) the reporter arrives, open the zoo again but with like double the ticket price (dont even know if the game actually works this way, but in my head it should be logic, higher ticketprice, less visitors?)
Now you wont have that much people in your zoo once the reporter arrives, and the visitors will be happy because there are no queues etc and that'll do pig

I did all career scenerios to gold before I did any other game modes for the game and for this scenerio I used a similiar tactic to what @Crebain said; I closed the zoo to get things fixed up super nice; you just need to have enough money in the bank to suffer the financial loss while closed. I didn't bother raising ticket prices or anything before re-opening though, visitors stayed really happy after the close.

As far as the crime goes. I didn't need to set security room bonus, just used cameras and security guards. Keeping visitors happy reduces overall crime as well so the closing of the zoo to get a hard reset on happiness was probably a big help.
