How do you remove star labels completely, so they don't appear when taking pictures?

Best you can do is come out of SC and don't target anything and don't look at the centre of any object....

Will soon be a mute point though, as 1.2 bring the debug cam, which gives you a clean view always, including no label or cockpit.

Palm hits face....I didnt know that. I always select another target, switch off HUD and then take piccy, still get the orange circles though. It seesm obvious now to exit SC...

Or, turn 'orbit lines' to 'off' while in Supercruise.

Or, turn 'orbit lines' to 'off' while in Supercruise.

That will still show the selected target item as an orange circle, you need to exit SC to remove all orange target circles.
