How to delete a path once you created it?

I think there should be a delete tool to make deleting things easier.. sometimes i just want to delete an entire section of my park and rebuild it but i have to switch to many different tools and modes ect just to delete everything.. like paths can only be deleted with paths tool selected scenery must be clicked on separately to delete.. its all really tedious and there needs to be a multi-delete tool.

You simply right click the path with the path tool open! Is that not working for you?

Well, 99% of the time, no, it doesn't work. It leaves an empty "branch" where the old path was, leaving an empty intersection that you can't move or build around. A bug reported for the past couple months, and still in the final release. [downcast]

For me, I just press Ctrl + Z to undo what each part that I've created. If there's a way to delete several at once or an entire path as a whole, I've get to come across it.

Something that's come to light recently, hold down DELETE on path mode and you can scrub away paths easily. One of those features that once you discover makes things a whole lot easier [up]

This....

A bit strange that E Lewis doesn't have this info. Since it's the best method for removing paths...

P.S. Hold "Delete", no mouse button required. Just move the cursor across the "to be removed" path.

Im playing on a mac and it doesnt let me right click to delete how can i fix that?

do macs have the ability to use a multi-button mouse? The main reason I cant stand macs is cuz of the one button mouse, its much better having multi-buttons my mouse have 5 + the wheel... I think if your using Bootcamp to run Windows on your Mac it should be able to support a multibutton mouse
