How to disable cursor while in starport services

I use the mouse to control headlook and focus the various pannels but when I'm in starport services moving the mouse brings up the cursor to navigate the starport services menu. Is there a way to disable this since I use the keyboard to navigate the menu and having a cursor moving over it is annoying.

I'm not sure that there is a means to temporarily negate the mouse cursor. I use a HOTAS set up or Voice Attack to navigate the panels. However, neither seems to interfer with the other to my knowledge.
