I've tried thre military BB missions: two didn't have CZ in the target system, one did but neither side was a mission target. Killing them, or killing system authority also did not count. Anyone know what it is you're supposed to be doing here?
Btw, completely unrelated: yesterday I spend an absurd amount of time finding C3 gimballed lasers in industrial and high-tech systems. Found none. Apparantly these are now sold in agriculture stations, stumbled upon a bunch of them this Don't ask me why, but if you need any try agriculture.
