How to enable the Audio prompt when I get a direct message?

I often get messages from people and not realize it. In Virtual Reality you are not always looking at that upper panel when a message comes in. How do I turn on the audio prompt so I can hear a clear sound when one comes in?

Mine plays a sound.... it’s not a loud one.
Is it in audio options?
