how to enter the bases?

I don't know how to enter a base to deliver a mission, what's escaping me?

get out of ship is a good start if its an on foot based mission?
check who the package is for is another

I am standing in front of the door but it does not open and I do not see any button to open the door.

of panels I see these but it doesn't let me interact with them.... help please

the package tells me it's for a guy who lives on this base.

he is more than likely outside in the open look diretly at npc to see there name
or use a console outside to home in on them as it will set a marker if you select that person

Normally the guy you should give the delivery package is outside the buildings. Check a Terminal to find him.

2.
You have to clone the security profile of one of the settlements inhabitants with at least clearance level 1 to enter this building. Thats an illegal act however! Dont get caught!

Interact with a terminal, scroll the staff list, select your recipient. His position will show on your compass.

I finally managed to enter it was for the security level I had to put 0. The bad thing is that now I could enter one and when I look at the personnel on the base the guy I have to deliver the package to does not appear in the personnel list... this is very frustrating any ideas?

log out and back in (it happens sometimes server quirks)
unless your in the wrong base of course

I hadn't thought of that I was in the right one but in the end they killed me for being bored XD

taking any item is theft unless you have a misson to collect it
carrying breaches or a stolen id is also a crime usually otherwise they should not attack or you run away from someone who has asked you to stop so they can scan you for anything illegal that will also constitute as a crime as is entering a building you don't have clearance for and they see you
(non armed personnel will probably ignor you unless in a restricted area of the building)
