yes, but slow down and keep the approach counter (speed at around 6-7 seconds) then you can drop out right on top of it.

Not sure it it's the correct term but when you lock up the low energy wake you will see the distance in LS etc... if you look under that you will see the time remaining, keep this around 6-7 and you can drop out right on top of the wake. If i think about it i will recorder it the next time I do it and post it.

Neither do I. I lock onto them just as say a USS, RES or any other target when in SC. No information is given, except in the left-hand info-screen. Unlike any other target, where it show right in the main window both distance and time to target.
