how to find capital ships?

How can I find dreadnoughts? I don't want to see the one at Sol. I want to see one in a conflict zone during a battle. Are there any menu indicators that show you when a conflict zone has one? Are there any known conflict zone locations with capital ships?

Last one I seen was at jeterait last week...I didn't stop to look it just came up on my radar whilst in super cruise
