how to find out the current mass of my ship?

See at the bottom where it says Total Mass? That's Unladen/Laden/Total+ship hull.

1,159.2 is the maximum mass the thrusters can move.

The lowest mass number is the unladen weight - i.e ship with current modules fitted prior to any cargo or fuel.
The middle mass number is the fully laden weight - i.e any cargo modules are all full and this ship is also fully fueled.
The highest mass number is the maximum weight supported by your current fitted thrusters.

The middle mass number is the ship with current modules fitted prior to any cargo or fuel.
The highest mass number is when fully laden (i.e any cargo modules are all full and this ship is also fully fueled).
