How to find out where to cash in my bounties

Hi all - I've managed to play a lot lately and of course when I've come back to the game I've forgotten which systems I have a load of bounties to claim. A lot just say "Independent system" for example.
How do I know where to go back and cash them in?

A good chance is to check the Faction names and see if they include the System name (many do).

Once you found one in the galaxy map, at least you have a point you took on your route. Looking around that should reveal the remaining culprits

(if Independent Systems are held under one total Bounty count, try clicking on that - but I'm not sure if that's implemented yet)
