How to find Pre Upgraded Suits/Guns.

This is not me telling you how to play. I can only say i spent the better part of 2 days flying around hunting for g3 stuff. With the way missions board is borked right now it is just a better use of my time IMO. I now have at least one of everything g3. Most with mods. Some of the mod rolls are.... just why would you want combat move speed on an artemis? Anywho. If you are looking for g3 stuff i would filter industrial economy corporate government. the system state to none (this system state is a guideline what seems to matter more is the controlling faction of the station's state to none as well). Independent seems to be best variety, fed gave me a ton of dominators, empire gave me some artemis and maverick along with plasma and laser weapons. Kinetic weapons I had the best luck in Independent as well. Yet to test alliance space. I have not found any useful data on what kind of guns the feds offer because they have been quite stingy to me with guns. Check everything, every station. ESPECIALLY THE GROUND ONES alot of people dont bother with them and I have found some really good stuff there. o7
