Horizons How to Find Surface Ports of a Specific Econmy

Hey guys,
I recently got myself a bit involved in trading again. I guess, I don't need to tell you that since Horizons came out there was a new dimension to trading when trading to surface ports. In my experience, both prices and availability of commodities are much more volatile at surface ports which I find interesting.

But I always struggle to find a surface port of a specific economy. I know, there is eddb.io but I don't enjoy using it and would much more enjoy understanding the game's mechanics [wink]

Do you guys know about any potential relationships between system and surface port economies? Or other relationsships that would allow for finding specific surface ports more efficiently?

There used to be a really great color chart listing all commodities and what kind of system buys and sells them ...... and I cannot find it ! Can anyone remember it and help?

Thanks! But this post is more about trading in general. And it shows how to use trading tools.

I'd be more interested in locating surface ports of a specific economy.

You can filter the galaxy map by economy type. On the view tab, select map icon. then filter by economy.

But surface ports economies don't seem to be directly bound to system economies.
