How to find the best boom time deliveries?

I did a few wing based boom time deliveries, and they pay wonderfully. 7-8 million CR to deliver 3000t to another station in the same system (Ki) usually less than 100ls away. I found this setup by accident, and now the missions are drying up. How do I find other good spots like this?

I have a rough idea of what search parameters to use, obviously they have to be systems experiencing an economic boom, and high pop usually means multiple stations. Are there other factors I should add to my eddbio searches to find the best systems for this?

Not that I’m an expert (yet), but am finding that population doesn’t really matter when it comes to missions (unless you have a large ship) so find a cluster of boom states in galaxy map and then look for corporation controlled systems within that cluster. They should pay the best from my experience. I always look for these governments first. This is for fast, oneway ticket deliveries and passenger missions which I believe is the best/fastest way to make money while staying within game and away from exploitive repetition. Have made up to 111mil in a day without ever really doing the same routes/things. Corporations are also some murderous fools so should start to pick up some good legal missions too. Started out game not even paying attention to corporations cuz I hate them so much in the real, but that was a costly mistake. Some ppl may disagree, but I stay away from industrial, refinery and extraction systems and mostly look for agriculture since these offer the best oneway ticket deliveries. All other missions imo are too time consuming, and time is lost $. Good luck, Cmdr!

Selected Outposts of which you are Allied to the issuing faction seem to offer the highest payouts for Solo versions. Cargo capacity requirement is 180t and the payouts can range from 5.5 Million to as high as 10 Million CR for one fast single jump A to B delivery. (Usually to another medium pad Outpost)

Kuo Port in the Pira system is famous for these out here in Aisling Duval space. (Pira is right next door to Cubeo)

The Python is the preferred ship to take these missions since it can land at Outposts and has the required cargo capacity available based on your build.

So what you are effectively saying is, if you want to earn max profit doing haulage don't waste your precious time with the large trading ships like you know... the Type-9 Heavy or the Imperial Cutter. Just use the Python. Those big ships are just for window dressing.

You have a few choices. For pure profit nothing beats getting the largest freighter you can afford, maxing out the cargo, heading to Darnielles progress and doing Xeno/precious metal runs. You'll be looking at anywhere from 20 to 60 million credits per run, all to ports within 10LY.

Your next best option is to filter for refinery and boom state, not sure why but low population seems to be better. Once allied you'll see 180 tonne cargo missions for anything up to 10 million (in the right areas) load up on a few of them if you have 700+ tonne capacity.

Some example systems - CW URSAE MAJORIS, MAIA, Q1 Eridani

Those large cargo ships are most effective for doing CGs and PowerPlay paper hauling. There are few missions offered that take advantage of the cargo capacity those ships can provide. Only time my Cutter ever comes out of the hangar is for working a good CG, or to get my PP Rank back up to over 10,000 Merits for the cycle. (10,000 Merits = 10,000 tons of paper)

So to answer your question... YES! If you want to make the most $$ from Boom Time Delivery Missions, buy yourself a Python and head over to Pira! :D (Or another system known for Outpost Only Boom Time Deliveries)

Kuo Port in Pira is a mainstay money maker for AD PowerPlayers who own a Python. Has been since 2.4 dropped. :)

If I understand this correctly, you are only taking a single 180 tonne mission for 10 million? How is that earning more than a 720+ tonne freighter holding 4 mission worth from 20 to 30 million?

I have yet to find extremely high paying missions that had any consistent longevity in any region. The only consistently paying missions I’ve found are between 1.5mil-3.5mil cargo, passenger and assassination missions and even those seem to dry up after a while. These missions can also be found and delivered at planetary bases making up for the loss of outposts for larger ships, but I may check out Pira for myself. Was just working around that area not too long ago. Thx!

Ok I haven't tried this method yet. I will give this a go. I'll probably take the Cutter because, Pleiades is more dangerous.

Tried this method and it seemed to me the lucrative missions were very rare. Found 1 8MCr mission so far with multiple attempts. My latest attempt was at a high pop system though so will take another look.

Interesting I'll see what these have in common. I tried to find good missions last night in my Cutter again and made 8MCr in 1hr45 minutes which left me pretty discouraged. I'm down to about 80MCr credits and I really need to recapitalize.

Am mainly in Mobius when hauling out there, no real issues, Maia is Anarchy but the NPC interdiction's are more an annoyance then a threat. Haven't been Hyperdicted, strange considering I am hauling 1000's of tonnes worth of Meta alloys for Aegis, I fit a shutdown neutraliser just in case.

Maia has been a money maker for a long time, it is a refinery system, low population, surface ports have plenty of high paying cargo missions, lots of destinations nearby.

Thanks again for helping us less capable space truckers earn a living. I believe my next play day is on Saturday evening, I'll be heading to Maia first thing. I think I even have decent REP there from rescuing passengers.

Yeah, thanks, Driver. Will be done with engineer grind soon, and will be lookin to make $ a lot faster than I have been. Oddly enough my next stop was already Maia. Bought the game in Jan, and still feel like I’m years behind everyone else...and I ain’t even gonna say how many hours I’ve put on it already 😇😈

Won’t be ready to get back to work for a while yet. Was just going to poke around, see what I see while finishing up with the Professor. Will prob look at all your option when ready and pick the best at that time. You’re a top notch Cmdr, Cmdr! Thanks!!

Made it to Maia and had a look around after finishing with the Pro. Unfortunately was pulled outta hyperspace 3x on way back to bubble presumably cuz I kept 5 Sensor Fragments. Had to escape to main menu cuz I’m just shy of an ins claim, and have no idea how to handle myself against them (yet), but was thinkin about getting involved in the fight so....Guess I am now! Start tapping boost at the moment of hyperdiction. The results... priceless.

Hi 777Driver – do you manage to max-out your cargo from a single board? That’s the main frustration I’ve had since buying my Cutter.
