How to find UP's

Hi, am I being thick or does it take some time for these to spawn. (Cannon's list of known UP locations above). I'm went to the first two systems and planet and found no UP's yet. Help please?

I did want Mr Ant said in his video. Worked first time!

...had been avoiding the spoilers and not watching as usual
