how to free my ship (HELP)

Kalkinija system - flight to planet and found "it" ( bug or ?)
I dont know how free from this place becouse "it" mass-locked my ship in red nebula with weird bad textured "it"

You are *inside* the planet. Launch 1.6 Elite Dangerous in the launcher (so not Horizon but the core game). You'll be reset above the planet. Now launch Horizons again and continue. Have fun!

You're inside the planet.

Rare but happens.
Try to load from the game launcher, Elite: Dangerous without Horizon. Then log off and re load the game.

When that happened to me (OC to Glide transition didn't freeze the sim and the ship just continued on a kilometer into the ground) I simply flew up and out of the ground. Shields blew out when I exited from underground but ship was OK and I flew on to my dirt-side destination while my shields recharged.
