How to gain rep at robigo?

I haven't been out that way myself, so I can't speak for Robigo specifically. But, are you trying to rep with the Controlling Faction (says so in the left pane by the avatar)? Sometimes the top Faction isn't the Controlling Faction, so you may be repping with someone else.
I'm trying to gain rep for all local factions here....

Well, you only Rep with the Controlling Faction when you hand in Exploration Data. Same with Bounties.
The only way to Rep with the rest of them is to do missions for them. Sorry.
But there is no mission here that I can do.....
Then you can't gain rep - but you can get rep with the main faction by selling them stuff and delivering exploration data. Eventually missions will pop up.

Robigo has been UA bombed. You can't do anything there until enough MAs are brought in to fix it. Sorry...my brainfart.

UA = Unknown Artifact. Something Alien that sends morse of its surrounding. It also has a corrosive effect, that afflicts ships carrying it and stations it is sold to.
MA = Meta-Alloy. Came from the Barnacles originally, and can still be harvested from some of them. Can also be bought at Darnielle's Progress in the Maia system. Has repair capabilities against the effects of a UA on a station.

People collect UA's and dump them for profit into the Black market at a station which breaks the Market at that station and it becomes DEAD....Until players bring Meta Alloys whichs negates the effect UA's have and fixes the station reverting it back to normal again with Mission, market and all other services.
