Sell illicit cargo to 5 different black markets.
I had that happen earlier - I rcvd my invite, went there and it said Hostile on the HUD, got near the base and I was advised that landing may not be good for my health. Relogged and it was fine and dandy.

This must be reported - it could explain a lax connection to the matched NPC Ranks to combat with.
I have sold goods at one black market since engineers but isn't indicated on the engineers page which is still showing 0/5. I have logged out and back in since btw.

I got his invite when I logged in to 2.1. Went straight there, paid Cr 500,000 to get access to L1.
His base was something like "Black Hide" in Wyrd and he modifies power systems.
Update: Sorry - I never noticed his requirement on Black Market dealings - that one attribute I had in abundance...

That is the other question I had. I had used one black market before 2.1 and one since. My statistics show 2 but the Dweller page still shows 0/5? Do they have to be from missions?
I think it might have to be illegal cargo dropped by ships not just illegal in particular systems.
Thanks for the reply. The one I have done since 2.1 was items collected from a shipwreck at a signal source.
If there specific criteria I wish they were detailed in the game. I did wonder whether it was illegal missions. The description is odd, I think it was 'develop your network with'?
