Horizons How to get elite startup screen

Hi!
I see people having a different title screen then the one on a station with an SRV and an eagle. This one: https://i.imgur.com/pRYHmg2.jpg
How can I get it? Someone on mobius told me it is because I don't have horizons, but well I've seen myself landing on a planet, and I guess the SRV is totally a horizons content. Anything I need to do to set it?

Soooo, if this is just a video, that might be the reason I am not getting it. Cause Im on oculus and they only created one VR title screen?

yup dude, vr is different. If you start up the game 2d you will get the horisions screen.
