How to get everyone against you, without even being wanted (Even better: being Allied), and just by following missions from a single station:
- Pick a mission to kill some Authority vessels in another system (of a different faction)
- Become wanted in that system. Come back to your original system, get the money for the job
- Pick another mission, to kill Pirates in your original system
- Go to a Nav Beacon.
- Enjoy

So, what happens? First, I'm Allied with that system. This doesn't change the story, but clarifies a little bit.
At the Nav Beacon, start shooting Wanted guys to complete your "Kill pirates" mission. Since you don't know which ships will validate your mission, try killing a Wanted ally (Most likely a traitor anyway). And.. That's it:
- Security Ships attack you: they are allied with that Wanted guy
- Pirates attack you: that's what they do
- Bounty hunters attack you: Because their K-Warrant Scanner told them about the bounty in that other system
- Allied Bounty hunters attack you: For the same reason; money first!
- Traders attack you: Because who knows why they have a K-Warrant Scanner too
Kill everyone (Except the Security Ships), go back to your allied station, cash the bounties
And you're still not wanted. But everyone hates you
(Well, they might, if they were not just NPCs).
Funny thing about allies: If you become Wanted in their Ennemy system, because you completed a Mission on their account; they will try to kill you to get that bounty (Provided they have a K-Scanner).
I like the complex policital system, with Major factions and Independent minor factions, where completing a mission for a Federation faction will decrease your reputation for another Federation faction; but in that case it seems a little bit random
and you never really know who you are fighting or why
