Engineers How to Get Marco Qwent Invite?

I've got allied with Sirius Corp, I have the Sirius permit, and I have 24 modular terminals (just need one more).

However I can't see the research base because apparently I need an "Invitation from Sirius Corp".

How do I get the invitation?

Look in the mission board in stations where Sirius Corp is in charge. It will appear in there.

Thanks - those stations are few and far between because some rotten swines have kicked Sirius Corp out of most of their control systems.

I guess Procyon still has one I think.

Be advised, the Engineer invite mission will ONLY be issued from a station that is in the Sirius system. Procyon or other won't do, those only work for the permit mission.

I'm struggling with this right now, tried a couple months ago and couldn't find it. Gonna spend the afternoon trying to find it. I have the invite from Elvira and I'm allied with Sirius. Should do it, right? If it's only in Sirius, looks like just 3 stations to check.

Edit - it's not in any of the 3 Sirius controlled stations in the Sirius system.

It generally appears in O'Brien Vision. If you go through the bug reports, FD mentioned that the Qwent invitation appears at outposts more often. And it's the only outpost there. That's where I got mine recently.

Got mine less than a week ago from Luyten's Star; Ashby City. I literally just did it the other day.

It helps also to do a few regular missions in Sirius for Sirius Corp when you get access there. It doesn't seem to pop up automatically on access to the sirius system. I had to do a couple and then the invite mission appeared. Got it in O'Brian vision.

If you dont have access to Sirius but have a few million in exploration data to sell to Sirius Corp in Procyon it's an easy way to get allied status without the faff of doing loads of missions etc. Of you haven't got exploration have a look at the "road to riches" thread in exploration forum to pick up lots of bubble located scans that will net you a lot of easy data.
