How to get passcode for fetch missions? I saw some $## stuff on object but no clue on any pins

errr i ran into this kind of situation... Objective told me the passcode is a riddle, console told me there is no passcode.
how to solve this one?

I think the passcode in the first screenshot is bad data/bug.

You need authorisation Lvl 2 to view the passcode on the console. Which you can get by illegally cloning the ID from an NPC.
