How to get refund?

Anyone know how to get a refund from the store?

I just purchased 25,000 Arx and needed to purchase an additional 5,000 Arx to purchase a pre-built ship. I was able to purchase the 25k Arx but I can't seem to purchase the additional 5k Arx I need for a pre-built ship. Now I'm stuck with Arx credits I don't need.

I tried contacting Frontier via Email, Facebook and even submitted a ticket but I'm not getting any responses from support.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Submitting a ticket is the correct way to do it. You can't seriously expect an immediate reply.
 
As with all billing issues, you're going to have to work with their support. There is a turnaround time for tickets, have you been waiting long for support to respond?
 
arguably the correct way to get 5000arx is just play well for 12 an a half weeks and then buy a couple cheese burgers from Ron;)
