Hello i have a trouble on my zoo
Since this years i cant play anymore

My park is diyng
Cause the market bug and i cant sell my animal
And when its work
I already loose all my sell on my best reproduction animals
Just loose again this morning
- 10000 / 5000 / 3500 / 2000 / 1000
I could understand the market bug and the sold was not available
But i lost my animals from invetory
I can see on the history programs and i have 0 money back from the trade
Im lost a game since 3 years with +600h spend on 1 only same park franchise
And i cant do nothing
I have no support from ticket
I have no answered from feed back and more i was moderate when i asking assistance
I buy all game and all DLC and when we have trouble after 800H gaming you are Phantom compagny
I sold , i lost my animal and have no credit ....

HOW CAN WE HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLEASE ?

Have now 3 options

Because i have try 3 times this years and my parc is dying cause i could do nothing
This game was not dev for franchise for huge map, the data server doesnt work

Option 1 : i stop the game definitively after 850H / you sold a mode online where i invest all my 600H time for nothing because the game is broken with NO SUPPORT since 1 years
Option 2 : I trash all my animals on the nature
Option 3 : I waiting official announce to admit this bug with a fixe solution before an other studio make an other Zoo Park

Or you fixe my bug i can gave you all my files to analyse the trouble on DB, my bank was stuck to 15120 Preservation point
