Fiction How to get the books?

I backed the Dan Grubb Kickstarter project. Have the books been released? Looks like it from some of the threads here.

If they have, sure I must have missed some announcement or thread somewhere but how do I actually get access to the books given I backed the project? Amazon discount code or something like that?

Thanks all

NO, his books start to appear from May 30th. The books that have appeared are the Gollancz books. You can find them on amazon

You'll be e-mailed with a link or site login when they are available to you. For now feel free to satiate yourself on the Gollancz novels :)

So everyone who backed Drew, Allen, Kate and John's Kickstarters should be getting their books around about right now. Check your spam folders in case the e-mail gods are trying to censor us!

The Anthology is going to be a little longer, and the other 4 novels don't deserve to be held up by us. Sorry if you were hoping for it this weekend, but we're not putting it out until it's in the state you deserve!

For those who didn't back the Kickstarter there will be a storefront opening up in the coming weeks at fantasticbookspublishing.com, and we should have paperbacks, hardbacks and audiobooks ready within the next two months.

A very exciting time for Elite fiction, I hope you'll all agree :)

Hi,

I only found out about these books yesterday when I did some digging into the various fiction offerings so I'm not a Kickstarter backer or anything - in this situation, when would I be able to purchase the ebooks of these titles (the 5 Fantastic published ones)?

Reading the post from Darren above, it seems that it will be a few weeks before they can be purchased via the storefront, but why would this be the case if they are ready to go now?

Thanks

It shouldn't take very long. We are mostly just waiting for the storefront to go live. We'll announce it as soon as it happens. The books will also be available at Amazon in the near future, but the publisher's website will have them first. :)

ok that's great news then! i have been reading a few more posts/feeds around the web since this one and have seen there have been some technical issues, but it sounds like they're all working like crazy to get it sorted so huge kudos for doing all this stuff over the weekend :)
