How to get TRFP (Thrustmasters Rudders) to Work

Hi,

I have recently purchased T Flight Hotas 4 and the Rudders as a set. I connected the Hotas and started playing on my ps4 just fine. When i connect the rudders to the Hotas, it doesn't seem to register. I go into keybinding and the Rudders doesn't seem to have an input. I checked to make sure the units were not defective on the pc and they both worked perfectly on the PC version of Elite Dangerous. Can anyone help me fix whatever the issue is with the rudders so it can work on the ps4? I thought it was a plug and play type of thing.

I suspect that the PS4 will not see the pedals as an input, sadly. Since it works fine on the PC, that seems to confirm it.

Does that mean there is no way around it? How are some people on console using rudders?

Try posting in the PS forum or getting the thread moved? I know many people will see your thread in Dangerous Discussion too but you might get a more specific reply there.

Solution found. Need to update the firmware and then follow this instructions to get it working.
