You should go to the station, open starport services and clear the bounty or pay the fines in the contacts->pilot federation.

Defending my ship against a red bounty target:
- The target attacked me 1st before i scanned it (made him red)
- I received a 7k bounty reward for killing it
- Wanted status with a 1k fine

And what happens when you cant enter the station because your being blown up by it?
lost 2 ships trying to dock for a 1k fine due to bugs lol.

Don't get scanned by the security craft flying around the station and you can dock without any issues.
