How to hand in missions on the Bulletin Board??

I am trying to hand in a courier mission that has no cargo, but stored in my computer.
I am at the correct location, but do not see how to finish the mission.

Please reply if you know.

I had this, i looked at my missions in the transaction screen on the left, after that i was able to turn it in.

I tried looking at it, then back to BB, nothing different there.
I chose every contact, clicked through everything at this point. I have 23 hours left to finish, don't want to sit here all day.
A portion of space is all messed up though, a large rectangle of digital noise where stars should be, maybe I'll try reloading the game.

Hi,

I ran into this last night at Bartoe station. I had just smuggled goods over 400LY and when I get to Bartoe station there is no way to hand in my goods as there isn't even a mission board! I was a bit        off as the reward was over 3mil CR!!!

Filed a ticket with FDev and then when I got in from work this afternoon, thought I'd check it just to see and whaddaya know? The mission board had reappeared!

Now, given that it's a Bank Holiday in the UK and I somehow doubt that Frontier had many staff working today I'm going to put it down to a bug.

My suggestion: Leave it alone, try again in 12 hours or so and see if the mission board has reappeared.

No doubt they are having a few issues with certain areas of the game since the 1.6 update but it will all get sorted eventually.

Problem is that I do have the mission board. But where do you even go to hand it in? I had this on day one and just abandoned the mission. Now found a new system which I will work my rep in. Did some exploration, got like 60 first discovered, dropped them off here. Now was going to start missions with the empire person here to rank it up. But now have to abandon (I'll wait like you suggested) but where do you even go to hand them in? I've tried before with no luck figuring it out.

The person who gave it to you is never in the place you goto, nor is the same minor faction people there. They only seem to give missions on the board. Have checked under Contacts and all the other tabs, and you can't hand in from the Transaction tab either.

Check the transactions for the reward. If the courier mission has a reward that includes cargo, you won't be able to hand it in unless you have cargo rack space for the reward.

Yes, you are right!! They are giving me 4 radiation Baffles.

What do I do with those if I change my load out to include a cargo rack? Just carry it around or can I use it for something?
Or is it for selling when you get this stuff?
Can I mod my ship with it? I don't want to lose my modules due to having to put a cargo rack in to carry ship parts I can't use.

I've been selling the commodities I've had as rewards.

My Vulture doesn't normally have cargo racks.

When I get one of these missions, I buy a cargo rack at the destination, claim the rewards and sell them, and then buy back whatever the cargo rack took the place of. (Unless there's no outfitting at the destination, in which case I buy and remove cargo racks somewhere else.)

I thought Halo MCC was the worst release ever in terms of bad development for a released game.....now maybe Elite Dangerous?
Waited 6 months for this release to patch everything.
