How to handle invites

Hi people,
I have been invited to a group (I think) (Sirious)
I only ever play solo, but how do you refuse politely?
I know I can ignore the invite but that seems rude. I know I'm only one of probably millions of players but I like to be polite to strangers.[noob]

Now seriously, it's a game, not a buisness meeting.
A simple "Thank you, not right now [insert lame excuse here]" should be enough.

I'm never Sirius! Just mildly depleted! haha.
How do you tell them? Their invite was a quickly disappearing window in the bottom right of my desktop. I have windows 10.

There is an option to accept/decline! I've had 3 invites in the last few days, after meeting up with random cmdrs..but I never send any or accept - It is a vid game..I love chance encounters & really enjoy winging-up or general co-op, but who needs even more obligations in their life? I have enough IRL thanks! You come online..msg - 'wanna go & undermine the feds?' 'No, I wanna do what I wanna do for the couple of hrs I have to play!'
