How to have all "objects"or"items"?

Hi everyone,
First : Sorry for my English langage here on this forum, I am French Native.

I would like to ask you about my problem :

I start the carrier mode and I finish 3 or 4 first carrier scenario,
then I try to play in the mode freedom : in french : "Bac à sable", the mode where you have no money limit and etc...
I like to create house, landscape, etc... and I have discover the game like this

Then I want to participate and play with the "Franchise" mode or "défis" mode of play.
When I start I see that I have money limit and task to solve if I want to win money and etc...
But I see unfortunately for example on the building mode that I have not China Items/Objects, or India, or Artic, etc....
I have only basic item to start...

So my question is :

If I want to play online Franchise mode or offline Défis mode Who I can have all items ?
-Complete somes tasks ?
-Completes the carrier mode ?

To have all the different themed items you need to research them. To do that you need to build a research center (under facilities - staff facilities) and hire a mechanic. Open the zoo menu, find the research tab on the left side and drag the mechanic to the theme you want researched.

Hey there. In Franchise Mode you are starting your zoo from scratch with limited resources. This means you will not only need to keep a careful eye on finances but will also need to research animals and buildings to unlock additional features for your zoo.
