How to ID what Guardian Blueprint you have

Hi,
I'm out at the Guardian Weapons site. I've collected one blue print so far. How do I know what weapon its for or is it simply generic and it will allow me to get any (but only one) weapon, i.e. Gauss Cannon.

It's generic and can be used to unlock any one weapon blueprint at a Guardian technology broker - provided you have the other components also, of course!

It would have been coller if each site had a specific blueprint though, also would have been more intutive, which is I guess why you had this question.

But yep, answered - the blueprints are generic for each type.

Weapon, module, and vessel, they can all be used to unlock any of those types of module.

Thanks all for the replies...to be clear, if I want 4 different weapon items, I need 4 copies of the Guardian Weapon Blue Print...Correct? And once I've used them, I can't use them again to get a different type of weapon, correct?

Also, I thought that I'd read somewhere, that the Class 2 guass cannon required two blue prints...is that correct?

Correct.
Some of them need 2 blueprints, not sure which though.

If you find a gaurdian tech broker at a station (they are only at certain stations, try high tech economies) then they will give you all the info on every gaurdian module available to unlock.

Alternatively, you could use the website called Inara.
