Simply have children only be around or in buildings and attractions. This way, you have children in your Jurassic World but they're at no risk from being killed. This also ensures that their bullet proof status won't look jarring when a Chasmosaurus bowls over 19 guests and a few kids are left perfectly standing like a 7 10 split.
